We have provisions for labor welfare cess; we promptly contribute to ensuring health and welfare measure for everyone working for the organization. Construction involves risk and is one of the unorganized sectors. Hence, workers may feel insecure. So, we take transparent and honest measures to assure their health and welfare.
We ensure nothing is lost as we build the infrastructure for this developing nation. A clean and balanced environment is our responsibility; it's our priority. Some of our core initiatives engage in controlling and eliminating the adverse effects of construction. Our goal is to create a friendly environment with co-existing development.
Success of an individual creates a happy home, so we try to empower several individuals so that they can create many such happy households for themselves and help others as well. The organisation contributed medicines to Vishudhanand Hospital & Research Institute, Kolkata. We have also sponsored free health camps organized by the hospital. The group associated with Thakurpur Cancer Hospital to assist patients with their treatment costs and other amenities for supporting their health. Besides health, we have been pleased to support the victims of natural calamities through several relief funds for floods, Tsunami, earthquakes, Aila, Amphan and others.
Over the years, we have faced several critical challenges and succeeded by overcoming them. Our goal has been on nurturing skills and creating financially independent individuals. The group supports the yearly vocational training of Ramakrishna Mission Blind Boys' Mission, Narendrapur, Kolkata. The initiative supports the visually challenged students in pursuing higher education and we have ten pupils under this tutelage. It's great to have one of the grant recipients pursuing medicines.
Child labour has been a long-standing issue. When the nation is climbing new heights of success, it is children must not toil for earning a living. The groups strongly discourage child labour; it ensures no child is put to work for the company (in any capacity) and intervenes when we come across children working.
Equal and just labour are what our workforce deserves before everything. The group is committed to providing financial assurance and security to everyone working for it. We a Provident Fund and Employees' State Insurance Corporation complaint organisation so that all our employees benefit from them.
